Brandon A. Granda, Esq.
Brandon A. Granda is the founder of The Granda Law Firm, LLC., and his practice is focused on personal injury matters throughout the State of New Jersey. Mr. Granda is a trial attorney who vigorously represents those who have been seriously injured due to the negligence of others. Throughout his career, Mr. Granda has secured favorable results for clients who have been injured in matters involving auto accidents, truck accidents, slip and falls, dog bites, product liability, wrongful death, and other negligence matters.
Mr. Granda prides himself on providing representation that is tailored to each of his clients’ specific goals. He understands the impact that a personal injury can have on the lives of each of his clients and their families. Mr. Granda takes the time to not only understand the legal aspects of each of his client’s cases but also to understand the needs of each of his clients. Mr. Granda is committed to exceeding client expectations and providing the highest level of representation.
Mr. Granda is a first-generation attorney and a lifelong resident of New Jersey. He was born in Jersey City, New Jersey. He earned his Bachelor of Science degree from Caldwell University where he developed a background in psychology and criminal justice. Mr. Granda then earned his Juris Doctor from Seton Hall University School of Law and served as an editor for The Seton Hall Circuit Review Journal and served on the Juvenile Justice Clinic.
While in law school, Mr. Granda served as a judicial intern to The Honorable Michael A. Shipp, United States District Court for the District of New Jersey. He also served as a judicial intern to The Honorable Alberto Rivas, J.S.C., and The Honorable Dennis F. Carey, III, J.S.C., in the Superior Court of New Jersey. After graduating from Seton Hall Law School, Mr. Granda served as a judicial law clerk to The Honorable Bruno Mongiardo, J.S.C., in the Passaic County Superior Court. Mr. Granda uses the knowledge he gained from his experiences within the New Jersey Superior Courts to provide a vigorous and efficient representation for his clients.
Beyond personal injury, Mr. Granda has also represented clients in a wide range of business disputes and complex litigation involving contractual disputes and business torts. Mr. Granda also handles municipal matters throughout the State of New Jersey. Mr. Granda is an active member of the New Jersey Bar Association and the New Jersey Association for Justice. Mr. Granda is also an adjunct professor at Montclair State University, Feliciano School of Business, where he teaches Business Law. On his free time, Mr. Granda enjoys spending time with his family and friends, watching sports, and traveling. He is fluent in Spanish and lives in Middlesex County with his wife and daughter.
